Abstract

This review examines the 2024 edited volume by Diane Fromage, Adrienne Héritier, and Paul Weismann, which explores the European Union’s regulatory responses to crises across various policy areas. The book adopts an interdisciplinary approach, with chapters co-authored by legal and political science scholars, offering a comprehensive analysis of EU integration in times of crisis. Covering sectors such as economic governance, health, energy, migration, and foreign policy, the volume highlights how crises have reshaped institutional dynamics and governance practices.
